Has anyone installed an addition Water Temperature Gauge? Where wouls i make the Connection?

I have. I used an existing threaded port on the driver's side of the engine block, nearer the rear of the block. See my photos.

What are you readings going down the highway loaded/unloaded etc.?

I have a Quadzilla Commander and my temp. gets read at the coolant temp sensor the PCM uses. I see about 187-190* unloaded.

I think that is about 5* too cool.

I see the same temps as you. Probably a little on the low side, but close enough for me.
