After I've seen it a time or two, I don't need to keep seeing it. I would like to turn it off, or whatever. Is there a way?

When I see a number of questions or answers on the forums when I click on the NEW icon why does it take so long for the forum to mark all the forums READ when I click on the link to mark them all read?

There has been times when it is a few minutes and then I get a err telling me that there are problems but then when I go back the forums have been marked read. A number of other forums that I am on when you click on MARK FORUMS READ it only takes a second for it to happen.

I am also still waiting for a yes or no on the old FAQ section that was lost with the update.

Someone previously asked for examples of FAQ links that are broken. Here's one I was looking for yesterday that is lost in the ether for now.

This error is mostly due to the site's compatibility with PDFs. We're working on a way to allowing helpful attachments without permitting malicious links known to sneak in from that file extension.
