Weld on pyro

Could you possibly weld on a bolt then put on your pyro or will it not give accurate readings

What are you trying to accomplish?

You can weld a bolt onto the exhaust manifold if you know how to weld on cast iron. But I haven't ever seen a thermocoupler (probe) that is threaded. Most are smooth sided and slip into a fitting that is screwed into the manifold.
