What is the best additives to run in my 7.3 oil and fuel.

If you fuel up in TX then you don't need to worry about a Cetane booster and you don't need to worry about an anti-gel.

You would just need a lubricant (even 2-cycle oil) and some would also suggest a detergent or an additive with both.

Stanadyne is popular but expensive compared to Power Service...both of these are the more popular brands.

For oil, several guys like the ArchOil AR9100, but it is expensive and I know I am in the minority but it didn't seem to make any difference with my 7.3. Atleast not $44 worth.

With the combination of archoil 9100 and stanadyne fuel additives (im only on my second tank) my mpg when from 12.7 to 15.1

My next step is try the archoil fuel additives instead of stanadyne

It's about 35-40 bucks a bottle. It worked great when I used it last time. My next oil change will get it again.

I use Howes diesel treatment every fill up, I tried the Archiol in the oil and had no changes in mileage or how the truck ran, so for me it was a was of money.
