I'm assuming vents but:

Why 2?

Why the short rubber hoses?

Why is one some kind of T?

The hoses are dry rotted so I would just get rid of them if I don't need em. What would y'all put in place?

Getting sloppy. Sorry. The first 3 are the original photos. Don't mind the clear tubing I put that so I could pressure wash the tank without getting water in. The fourth I discovered the rotted hose that apparently joins the 2 together. I attempted to blow through the line mounted on the rail and could not get flow. That can't be right. Could I buy a length of exhaust/fuel line that runs straight to the 2 nipples using the T at one end? And then remove the line from the rail?

Vent lines on your “Roll Over” valves. That looks like cheap latex hose that someone put on there
.....I would replace with fuel line.

Allows your tank to vent but prevents spillage of diesel fuel in case of a roll over.

Thanks Big Horn. I stuck my hand inside and could feel needles that moved up and down. Now I know those are what open and close to vent air / keep fuel in during roll over.
