Hello guys I own an 03 6.0 straight piped sct livewire cts chip in with performance tune and s and b cold air intake it has an 8 inch lift with 37 on it what else can I do to make it fast from the inexpensive things to expensive things

Inexpensive: go back to stock sized wheels and tires and lose the lift. Its going to be faster closer to the ground, with less rotating weight, and more mechanical advantage.

Expensive: you've got all the cheap bolt ons. From this point forward it gets expensive. If you don't already have head studs; you need them. The next level is only attained through bigger injectors and a bigger turbo.

what he said. Head studs are a must especially if you're going to upgrade your injectors or turbo. You can even install o-ringed heads for added insurance. None of which are cheap but do add a lot of power. Just remember if you have a heavy foot you're more likely to break things when you increase you power output. Broken diesels are not cheap to fix.
