83 f350 6.9 4wheel drive axel code on door 33 Can anyone tell mee what gear might be in the front axel and if it is a D50 or D60. No tags on the axel anywhere on axel. I broke my front pinoin shaft plowing snow.

D50 is independent front suspension..

D60 is a straight axle.........

Check the locations and cover shapes of the axle where info can be found stamped in some cases.

pretty sure it is a d50. Think it is a 354 gear. That is what is in the rear. Assuming front is the same.
