upgrades turbonetics 91mm ball bearing turbo, 4in exhaust, afe stage 2 intake, superchips programmer (the black one)?

About the turbo are you talking about the Tn that fits in the stock location?

If so I would say your in the 300 flywheel HP range.. +/- a little

Depends on where you measure the horses. Ford says with automagic transmission, your 2002 7.3L has 250 stock horses at the flywheel. But it's hard to measure horses at the flywheel with the engine in your truck. So most of us discuss horses at the rear wheels, which can be measured with a dynometer. You probably had around 210 horses at the rear wheels when the engine was stock. Depending on which setting you use on the SuperChips programmer, you probably have around 300 horses at the rear wheels now.

Mine had a Walker BTM muffler, TurboRamAir intake, 60-horse towing chip, and LT295/75R16 tires when I had it dynoed at Speedworks near Dallas. Result was 282.1 HP at the rear wheels. Move up to an 80-HP or 100-HP tune and I'd expect closer to 300 horses. That's with the stock turbo.

Your new turbo probably won't do you much good until you get rid of the SuperChips and install a DP-Tuner tune. Maybe the 120hp performance tune, then you should have over 325 horses at the rear wheels.

with my set up its still not enough i can eat rams easily but a piped open air lifted bow tie can catch up to me with dps 140

i do have a 300 lbs tool box fully loaded and 100lbs speaker box & amp and the bow tie did not

SO FIRST 3DISC TORQ CONVERTER (EBAY 425) THAN BIGGER INJECTORS STAGE 2 THAN HPOP

THAT SHOULD DO THE TRICK

EATIN RAMS AND POOPIN BOW TIES

Yes, and I also see in your sig that you also have a "New short block special ...". ;)

Blowing up the engine is common when you pull more than 400 ponies out of it.

UM no... its not...(disclaimer- unless its PMR's) If you use the correct tuning... We have been CONSISTANTLY making well north of 600 HP on STOCK FORGED RODS for the last two years...

never said the heads haven't been off... just simply saying that we have only ever used forged rods in all of our trucks...

It litterally makes me want to vomit to think that some people are okay with saying that if you take your truck over 400 hp you are going to have issues with it!!!

I can't tell you the countless number of customers we have running around in the 400HP level, with even stock head gaskets and bolts... We recommend studs to anyone over 40PSI of boost...

You can call me anytime

740-974-3795 is my cell, if i don't get to it just leave me a message... I'll call you back as soon as i can!

Sure, bring on the beer.... Im game, Bud light is my drink of choice

Seriously, I will tell you whatever you want to know. We've never lost a rod, piston, or any other key engine component at over 600RWHP, and the engine hasnt been out of the truck for three years!

Also, I would recommend doing a yahoo search for "strokin n style"... His name is Scotty and he has been making low 12.04 second passes @ 104MPH on fuel only and the truck weighs in at like 7200 lb's.......HP calculator says 676RWHP for at least the last two years...

What did he do to make that much power? Who's 'safe' tuners do you use?

Swamp's Tuning. They use a cylinder pressure transducer to do their live tuning, and he bases all of his tunes off of the data that he collects off of those trucks...
