It doesn't really matter what brand, as long as it meets Ford's specifications. Check your owner's manual.

I usually use Motorcraft but man that is expensive. Not only that my dealer can't even get it from who ever they get Motorcraft from. I have been using Rotella T6 5/40. I only use full synthetic oil in all my cars.

Walmart 15W-40. Although I am thinking of 5W-40 as Iive in Florida and don't do cold.

Same on the T6, and don't forget the bypass filter.

Motorcraft 10w30 oil and a 2051S filter. here. Oil change costs me around $90 and I always do it myself.
