Switch from the BD power chip to a 120hp dp-tuner.com tune.

Would a different compressor wheel help with the housing that I already have?

Along with the DP tuner, throw away the KnN and get an AFE Stage II, then do the harpoon, zoodad, pre-pump tank mod, ccv and then..........

I'm less than 400hp and only use the 125 hp tuner on rare occasions. Boost on the 50 and 80 hp go to 30 lbs and the 125 hits 32 lbs. At 131k, the truck is still running like a new one, but I don't abuse it at every stop light either. I have tried to accumulate the mods that will not only help performance but also help on reliability. I also realize that with the powdered rods, I can only do so much and must be satisfied with that. I can still make most ricers, Ramers and Maxipads take notice. I even get a few 6.0's to raise their eye brows.
