Local Ford dealer told me fuel in coolant is most likely cups but here is the great part---he said I only have two things that can be done. 1. Go on into the parts department and BUY NEW HEADS. 2. Take the heads to a machine shop and have the cups replaced. Said they are too difficult to be done in your own driveway.


What you guys think of that?

Scary. I can do them in my driveway in about 4 hours. I must be a lot more talented than the local Ford dealer.

Marin, just a suggestion but why not post a thread looking for help from a Dieselstop member in your area for help? Perhaps you can barter.

Order a cup tool and do them yourself in your own driveway and find a better shop!
