so let me get this straight 26.7% is what the a plan price is then add the rebates? I want to get this straight so I can try it. Where did you find this info?

Be realistic. X is some 10-12 % below MSRP and A adds a few % more. So it would be roughly 15 % under MSRP. This is before rebates.
