I have a 2008 f350 6.4 with 180000 miles. I just got a 5 inch proflo exhaust, mini maxx, and egr delete. What tune should I use? Do I need to get a cold air intake? Thanks

The tuner is needed to keep from throwing codes due to the deletes. You can run a stock power level tune, +40hp Tow, +80hp street, or +120hp Performance. I normally only run the stock and tow settings. Once the maxx is installed, you need to make some runs with the Performance settings so the transmission gets a head start on relearning.
I don't see the truck making best use of the Performance tune on a frequent basis unless you do some renovations and upgrades to the used engine parts.
