Whoops accidently pressed enter

Anyways, my question is will I need head studs or a better HPOP or anything else to support these mods? I have a built transmission, so I'm not to worried about that. Also, how much hp do you think I'll have? I not looking for tons, I just want to be able to bow some smoke and get better milage.

Wouldn't that be an oxymoron of sorts?

Yes, I have stage ones and the hpop is weak in higher rpms with a superchip tuner, a chip can make better use of hpop oil, so may not be so bad, but with any injector upgrade the hpop is a definite maybe, it will run with the old 15 degree, but it will do much better with the 17.
To add to that list you should very seriously consider a fuel system of some sort, home brew or by a kit, doesn't matter which, I have seen the change in how these trucks run with a decent fuel system and it is NIGHT and DAY, no joke. Especially with bigger injectors.
Just remember the smallest super duty injector are 140cc and the engineers added a bigger hpop, eventually, after 01 I beleive, and they put an electric fuel system on them. Stage 1s are 160cc, so they could definitely use a bigger hpop AND plenty of fuel supply. I would say beleive it or not the fuel system is priority, the internals of you injectors are lubed and cushioned by fuel, and if you don't have enough it can be aerated, and air is not fuel, equals scratched plungers and barrels.
