It was there before I replaced turbo, it's there again 2k miles later, new grommet, vacuumed while cleaning and pulled vacuum with shop vac on valley pan hole verified flow at oil cap.

Pan grommet is new and seated properly looks like it's only designed to seal as drain not under pressure. Oil lne olives are new.

Where else could oil be coming from pr why would it be leaking there? It's oil not fuel.

I've added 2qts in 2k miles. 1993 f350 idi factory ats turbo 195k miles

Look at where the IP flanges up to the front cover. There is an o-ring around the IP that could be dried out and leaking. Other than that double check all of the turbo oil supply and return lines. There is nothing else that I know of.

Is thst a pressurized area? That would make sense, I didn't even realize there was anything beside the turbo putting oil out above the valley pan. I just resealed valve covers too and cdr valve and hoses are all new

No it isn't pressurized. It is stopping drain back from the gear splash. I have seen mine start seeping from time to time, I never let it get too bad, so I don't really know how bad it can get.
