I've got 12-15 windows open on this forum and when trying to reply to more than one topic in a short time (less than 60 seconds) I get a message about flood control being activated and to re post in a little while.

Why is this option activated??? It's a real pain in the arse when I try to respond to mutiple posts in the minumum ammount of time.

Sorry about that feature. What it does is prevent weirdos and crackers from taking down the site via denial of service attacks via the forums.

Laymans terms: If some mofo decides to jack with the forums by trying to post 10 geez worth of messages in a short time, the server gets medieval on his ass by laying down the "No mo' post" smack.

What's Pulp Fiction anyway????

This newly updated UBB software is crashing netscape now just about everytime I open more tham 6-8 netscape windows. I visit a couple of sites with the upgraded software and they all crash netscape after opening extra windows. Never had it happen before the UBB software upgrade.
