Whats the best intake

I am looking to purchase a aftermarket intake for my 03 F250, any suggestions

What about ram air intake's? Are they any good when coupled with with a hood scoop, or is it all smoke and mirrors?

Do AFE make an Air-Raid-type filter? My ProGuard 7 is more or less a cannister; air raids use air forced in due to the vehicle's velocity to increase inlet pressure. My ProGuard is so badly buried in the compartment, there is no way that speeds is really helping the inlet pressure.....but maybe they have a new product?
