i bought my truck with a 4 inch lift allready on it. i am running 35" toyo m/t and when i am turning into a steep drive way my tires rub the front bumper and yes the bumper has allready been trimed. it is an 03 so it does have leaf springs. i wasnt sure if i should buy a hanger kit or if there was any beter options. thanks for any help.

You can space out the front bumper about an inch by putting washers inbetween the mounting brackets. I was going to run 33.13.50 on mine but didnt feel like spacing the bumper out. It can be done and its not that difficult. That should give you the small amount of clearance you need.

Mines just leveled and I only rub 35s the slightest bit on the inner fenderwell.
I just hacked a chunk out of the corner of the bumper.

thanks guys. i allready cut a fat chunk out of the bumper. i will try the washer trick.

Any good offroad shop can help you out with spacing the bumper out...With just about an inch out it wont really be noticable either.

If you space the bumber it wont line up with the fender in the wheel well. There will be a stair step in the arc of the wheel well. I would get a 2" drop bracket kit and leave the bumper tucked in.

what is the best 2" drop kit on the market. i have seen a few but just dont know which one is the best

I have an 03 7.3 and am also looking for a 2-3 inch leveling kit. any good suggestions? seems like a lot of different kinds of lifts some better than others. reccomendations?
