All within the last 28,000 miles. Now at 165,000 I can add front axle seals, passenger side axle u-joint, sway bar bushings, icp and ipr sensors, uvch drivers side, hpop orings again, and clutch pedal assembly.

I have replaced a couple injectors twice. I was surprised myself as I keep a log of all maintenance I do on the truck. The only injectors that had not been replaced were #1 and #5 and both recently failed the 'buzz' test after experiencing a rough cold idle. There is no real science. I have never used a fuel additive or have I overly maintained the truck. Some of the same people that swear by fuel additives swear not to use Fram filters...the only filters, both fuel and oil that have been used on the truck.

My most recent update:

300,000 miles: Driver's side caliper bracket with rusted solid slide pins, passenger side slide pins.
304,000 miles: New 4R100 transmission and flexplate. This is the original transmission, anyone got more miles than that on the original?
