Hey guys looking for some help. I have a 96 F250 4x4 and when she gets warmed up or I been driving for about a hour or so then shut it down weither its for fuel or whatever, I come back out and try to start it and it just turns over turns over so I shut the key off try again and sometimes it will just turn over and be right there like shes going to fire up but nothing so turn key off try again and boom like nothing was wrong fires right up... Any ideas?

you need to re-do the o-rings on your IPR, its about an hour job.

If you are having any startign issues or smoke for blocks on start up then you would want to re-do teh injector o-rings as well.

but for this problem its just the IPR rings you need to do.

If you search IPR o-rings you will find pictures , instructions and part numbers, and /or try Steve Baz's helpful tips, it should be there too.

Ordered the O-Ring kit. Going to try that soon as it arrives. How often would you say that it is just the O-Rings? Don't want to get hopes up that this will fix it then its back to $160.00 fix.
