The gages are working great, and the coolant pressure gage is climbing as I drive, now at least I’ll have a heads up when there are coolant leaks or I have a cap on the degas bottle go bad
That space above the gages was just a pocket for coins, miscellaneous.... and I saw on RT’s post where he had put his ScanGauge2 there using a spacer block of wood to make it flush. I was really impressed, and RT sent me a description of what to make. The ScanGauge2 does a lot of stuff and shows 4 items of live data at a time which you select from a list.Nice work,
what is in the tray just above the new gauges?
I presume you want the Coolant Pressure to detect the DeGas bottle cap is cracked?
being a newbie to the 7.3L, how does that effect the engine when the pressure gets too low, or at Zero with a bad cap?
I really like my fuel psi gage, another kudos to RT for his many posts and his thoughts on the fuel gage’s importance.I have purchased the GlowShift Fuel Pressure gauge,
that is one of the items that needs to be installed muy pronto.

It happens. I’ve got hide like a rhino but now with blood thinners I bang up pretty easy. I’d say your doing pretty good— if I remember you’ve got a few years or so on me 😉I have purchased the GlowShift Fuel Pressure gauge,

right now, the back of the truck is up in the air, my son is installing the Fuel Sump kit for me.
I am too slow and clumsy now it seems, I thought I would help out a bit yesterday, and ended up a mess
