I have a weird oil leak on my 96 7.3 and I can’t figure out what’s causing it. I can take more photos as needed but what would you guys think it is? Thanks in advanced!

That looks more like a sealant than oil.

Is it sticky or is it oil for sure? As black as it is makes me wonder.

If it is oil clean it up and then watch the area, you should be able to see where it is coming from.

It is oil for sure and i just rinsed it off however i cant tell if its coming from turbo pedestal or where but i also have oil in the valley too now

Base of HPOP reservoir leaking? Done any work to High pressure oil pump or hoses? Inspect your High Pressure oil lines as oil might be leaking and running around to the front side of the reservoir.
