Okay nobody close to me has a Manual for my truck, I need to change my EGR for starts but can't find it...it's been dealer maintained since 04 but not paying to change the EGR...unless I can't find it!

It's right on top, behind the intercooler neck that connects to the intake manifold. It's a black plastic top with a metal round body. There's an electrical connector on the top. You'll need to have your engine very warm, remove the 2 bolts holding the valve in, turn the valve a little bit to get a good pry surface, and pry the valve up and out.
It's sometimes tough to get out.

That explains it...I have been everywhere in that darn motor and just kept wondering what was in there...

I just spent $10 on some expert to tell me way less than that LOL...if your ever in Phoenix stop by and I will pay you:)

for future, get a manual on disc off ebay. not too much $. gonna do so meself one of these days. g' luck!

Wow, that 6.0L Bible site link is awesome...found the ICP, I might become a diesel mechanic yet! (LOL) I have been building muscle cars for years and last 3 started learning the VW ropes with my 450HP 2332 but always just relied on the truck with no issues. Warranty is expired so time to get smarter:)
