Where is the block heater plug.

Anyone tell me where the block plugin heater is on 99 F350 ? Never needed it before, but yesterday in Ohio it was 7* Hunted for it as good as I could in all the snow and ice .

Behind the bumper, right side tucked under the tow hook/ring.
