2000 7.3, recently put in 180/30s from full force with custom single shot tunes from Full force. Pickup blows white smoke on acceleration regardless of engine temperature with increasing smoke the higher the tune.

Thought it might be a problem with the injectors, sent them back, injectors checked out fine on all accounts except for some differences in the high side flow, 6 only at 120. Had them all milled to 180, with the addition of new crush washers but not o rings as full force said they were fine.

Got then back in the pickup insured they were properly installed in every way. Still the same. Ended up getting different custom single shot tunes from JeliBuilt which drastically reduced the amount of white smoke while accelerating but still enough to write it off as undriveable

Checked turbo which is a relatively new KC38R for bad seals, checked out fine. Blow by is not excessive whatsoever, cap stays put on oil fill. Not loosing coolant, no fuel in coolant, and not losing oil. Pushrods straight as an arrow as well.

Really at a loss on this one, any help is appreciated!

How long have you ran the engine for to burn up all of the engine oil from the injector swap out?

Around 100 miles or more. Definitely have burned the residual oil and fuel from the injector change out by now.

Did you check you cups closely? Do you get a lot of smoke at startup?
