Was the wide track front axle (as found on the F450) offered as an option on the F350 a few years ago? I can't remember. But, I can't even remember what I had for lunch yesterday.

Yes.

The RPO code was 67W.

To be able to add that option required F-350, 4x4, long bed, diesel engine, and I think it also required 53B, the "Tow Boss" package, which required 4.30 ratio and automatic transmission.

How I would LOVE to have that package. I just sold my 2017 F450 which had both the 4.30 and the wide track front axle. My dream car today would be an F350, long bed, crew cab, single rear wheel, 4.30, wide track front axle.

I was selling our RV and they wanted the F450 too. It was a fair price for both of us. Maybe they got a little better end of the deal but I am not out to squeeze every last penny out of someone. We're both getting a little old and not as capable of hitting the road as we used to. The new owners will get several years of great use out of both the truck and camper.
