here are the codes

P1105 Dual Alternator Upper Fault (Monitor)
P1106 Dual Afternator Lower Fault (Control)


truck started to run crapy a couple of days a ago....the engine runs great OTHER THAN when the torque convertor is locked and the engine is operating at 1200-1800 rpms.everything begins to shutter and shake. i give it throttle past the rpms it runs perfect. runs great at wot.


Maybe i just got some crappy fuel somewhere but i am curous what the codes are. i dont have dual alternators

it also idles slightly rough just sitting in nuetral at idle.

Charge your batteries, have them checked, and have your alternator checked, have them load test everything. Remember that these alternators need to put out a lot of amps, what is bat for our trucks, would keep a small block chevy with a big stereo happy for years.

do you have dual alternators? This is really weird and I can't see how the alternator is related to the TQ staying locked. I think the TQ is gone and needs to be replaced.
