Wondering if you can just bolt in the factory Ford fog lights from 2003 into a 2000 front bumper? Is the wiring already in place to the headlight switch? I understand I would need to change the switch for the one with the 'pull' fog light option.

Yup, you can install the Ford fog lights on your 2000. I did it. You'll have to add your own wiring. I had another project that needed a switch box, so I just added a switch for the fog lights. ( Photos of switch box here )
