I need a new carrier bearing. I found a driveshaft off an '06 F250 crew cab, short bed, diesel for $30. I'm wondering if it will fit my '03 F250 crew cab, short bed, diesel. Does anybody know if they will interchange? I just figured it would be easier to just swap out the shaft instead of changing the carrier bearing.

you have a 6" superlift... and are using the stock driveshaft? I know when I had a 6" lift on my previous truck I ended up having to have mine lengthened.

[/ QUOTE ]Yes..it's stock. I have a carrier bearing drop kit that I installed. To bad I waited to put it on after the bearing started squeaking.
