I just purchased a 07 4x4 quigly van with manual tow mirrors. They look like the same mirrors that are on the 250 & 350 F-series pickup trucks. Are the mirror covers the same?

The mirror heads are the same. The part that mounts to the door is not the same.

Somebody on this site has swapped F-Series heads onto E-Series mounts.

I don't think they will. Do the mirror covers that you are talking about have the LEDs for turn signal and marker light in them? If so, then they will not work. If it some sort of an older cover thing then yes. The super duty mirrors on vans are the 99-03 F series style with an E series base. The newer mirrors on the 04-07 F series are the ones with the LEDs in them. The vans never got the newer type mirrors.

They are without the signals in them. I may order a set from an earlier 03 350SD.

Update; The putco chrome mirror covers will fit on the 07 e-350 with towing mirrors.
