Very common problem for the windshields to leak on these trucks. Some leaked from the factory, but most common for it to leak with a bad install by someone who doesnt take the time to lay a nice thick bead of adhesive. After you get the windshield replaced get a new fuse box.

If you have clearance lights on the roof, before you spend the money on a windshield guy pull your head liner and run a hose over the roof, we just had a F650 that was leaking from clearance light and actually running along the windshield seem an down the A pillar, dehind the dash, and over the GEM sensor and fuse panel. The truck would START ITSELF in a hard rain!! And oddly enough, the headliner, inside of windshield, dash, and door would remain completely dry! I wouldn't have beleived it if I hadnt witnessed it myself. We actually stripped the headliner and A pillar trim and watched the water flow straight to the GEM sensor.
