For a while now my windshield wipers would cut out and bacl in sporadically until I would switch to a lower speed, annoying but I managed it. Next my juice quit working even though the resorvoir is full and the nozzle is clean. This morning no w/s wiper action at all when I turned the switch! No movement at all! Should I look at the motor or switch?

You will have to get a test light and atart checking where you have power and where you don't. See if you have power at the winshield wiper motor and work you way back to the switch. Also check to make sure you have a good ground. The pump for the windshield washer is in the bootom of the resivor, they do go bad how ever with nothing working you probably don't have power somewhere. You also could have a bad connection or broken wire.
