Does anyone have the wiring schematic to wire a Prodigy Brake controller into the factory pigtail?

And where does the factory pig tail plug into the dash?

I bought a harness from the local RV dealer that plugs into my Prodigy on one end and the Ford pigtail on the other. It was $11.

The pigtail is behind the large removable panel under the steering column. It's on the far right side, clipped to a bare metal brace under the dash.

theres a PLUG under the dash (no wiring).

ford supplied the plug w/ my truck...plug on one end
bare wires on the other...and the instructions were
in "said" bag that was in the glove box.

and if that werent enough when i brought my controller
i got wiring instructions specific to FORD & the controller
i purchased.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I searched far and near, and couln't find the other end of that harness that cmccarthy was referring to.

Yes, I have that specific harness in the glovebox, I was just unsure as to how the wires were supposed to be mated the end of the Prodigy harness.

So I got it wired up..BUT..

...the indicator lamp on the face of my Prodigy doesn't turn off...

There's a red dot that stays illuminated when the truck is keyed off.

Is this normal?

What do you mean by indicator lamp? The red dot will stay on for a while I dont remember how long but will go out.

Yes, the dots go off after a while. If you didn't find the plug I was referring to, then what exactly did you wire the Prodigy to?
