X-plan Issue!!!

Hey guys.... I got a X-plan number from Indyultra a couple of months ago and went to use it today. Ford just called me and told me that my number wasn't any good. So now I'm in a bind. I can't get ahold of Indyultra, either on this site or on his private e-mail. If anyone happens to have a phone number for him.... or a x-plan number that will work for me.... I'd really appreciate it.... I have an '08 that took 14 weeks to get here... now this is holding me up!
