Looks like a reskinned Isuzu. I know Isuzu makes some really good trucks.

I'd be interested in one of these trucks as long as there is a good parts and supply network for them.

Like Spencnaz indicated, it is a rebadged Isuzu D-Max. Because of the GM / Isuzu ties I wouldn't think you will see one anytime soon. Why would GM want to compete with the Colorado / Canyon pickups, which where knockoffs of the D-Max in their own right.

Love the whopping 78HP diesel. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/phoney.gif

If an American truck company had the couliones to offer a 78HP diesel in a crew cab small pickup, they'd be lambasted & laughed off as underpowered junk (except for our fuel mileage gurus).

I guess since it's a Chinese company then it's OK. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

Glad to see it has a rear ashtray and a sunvisor! What was GM & Ford thinking with 200-300HP, navigation systems, On Star, rear back-up cameras and heated seats!

Love those feature packed Chinese trucks for smokers who sit in the back seat! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/phoney.gif
