One week out of the hospital, changing my rotors and pads was the last thing I belonged doing, but I did it. Broke 3 sockets and one ratchet in the progress. Seems Ford doesn't go by the torque spec on the caliper bolts!!!!
I had a terrible time getting the hub extenders off, they were like one solid piece. Finally a 8lb sledge hammer broke it loose.
I also changed all the brake fluid with some synthetic Dot 4 Valvoline stuff.
The best part is no more shaking when I brake. I followed the brake in procedure and everything seems to be working great!!!
I want to thank everybody for helping with this project, I had a lot of questions before I dove into it!!!
I recomend the cyro'd powerslots and Hawks Superduty pads combo to everyone /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smokin.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smokin.gif!!!
