Hi All, I have a 92 F-350 2WD, 4 Door Dually with a ZF 5 Speed. The DM clutch has been bad for a while now, but after leaving the little wifey with nothing but my Truck, clothes and all the debt, I haven't had the cash to replace it. Now after I shelled out for a solid replacement setup, start it up, go into reverse first since I haven't been able to do the in years without shutting it off first, it felt like a new truck, I was in 7th heaven, I ran thru 1st and 2nd SWEET, but no 3rd and 4th, let the pedal out and NOTHING !!!

Any suggestions ?

If you try to shift into 3rd or 4th without stepping on the clutch, what happens?

It feels like there is nothing there, no resistance or grinding.

I got it figured out, the shifter fork for 3rd and 4th is snapped at the guide rail. Now I'm deciding wether to fix the tranny or dump the truck, with 400k on it, it's a toss up.
