I had gave up on trying to remove the drain plug. It was all smeared all around. I decided to give the tranny shop a shot at it. I was amazed that the tranny guy couldn't take it off at all, even with power tools. The drain plug won't give out at all. He was kind enough to grind the drain plug to make clean hex shape for the socket to fit and get grip on it. He can't get it out at all, even with the shop impact air tool.
So anyone had this happened before and how did anyone get it out. I really need to get it out so I can do the oil change in tranny, which is 3K over already. I know that 3k won't hurt but I rather to do it and get over with it.
