Came in with forced idle, replace DPF pump unit due to wacked temp sensor, replaced both NoX sensors due to out sensor always showing higher than input. Clear ALL data and tables using Forscan and Autel. Attempt to perform TSB14-0192 to clear forced idle at least 50 times between myself and tech that works for me. This is a narrow frame (Non-pickup) truck. The step in the drive cycle where you get Ex 11 to 194 deg, Def pump comes up to pressure and I get one initial fat wave, bring to idle, drive 5MPH until square wave. I never get square wave!! Cant figure out why, Pump and injector works, and I will get duty cycle at other times but NOT when described during drive cycle. I have a sister truck (abet a 2015 instead of 2014) and have compared all data line by line and cant find any difference in parameters.

I did not say that code was for DEF temp. During diagnosing we noticed that DEF temp was reading about 100 deg hotter than ambient so we dropped and cleaned the DEF tank and replaced the pump/sender/temp unit and filled with new DEF. I only mentioned the code because in full disclosure it has that code but no other codes. DEF injector passes all tests and is functional just NOT during the drive cycle between the 2000rpm then idle then 2500rpm. That is the TSB that I have. When I get to the square wave part I never get the square wave. I have done 2 successful manual regens with no codes. I have let it cold soak and reattempt more times than I can count. Anything will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I was just confused bout the temp sender is all. All I can add is that I have been in your shoes a few times and I know it's frustrating... you have to be missing something in the procedure. Do you have a good place to "drive" the truck where you can finish the procedure, let it idle and then continue driving? I have just kept going and had a coupe just come out of the derate. The PCM just needs to see sufficient NOx reduction to prove the repair. Aside from doing it for you, that is all the advice I have.
MUST HAVE LATEST PCM FLASH! After flashing PCM with latest flash EC3A-12A650-VA was able to perform drive cycle first try! would NOT work with EC3A-12A650-BE flash.
