6.0 Fuel Bowl Issue

If my trucks been sitting overnight, it will start right up. If I drive it then turn it off, it will not start. I have to key on/off 5 or six times to cycle the fuel pump. It then turns over. When it happened before, I opened the fuel bowl and it was empty. It appears something is causing the fuel bowl to drain once the motor is turned off. Recent things I did;
1) filter has been replaced
2) fuel drain valve replaced
3) Blue spring mod
4) New filter cap (yes o-ring is on)

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Thanks for the input. As I stated, I replaced the water drain valve. Now is leaking from there. Would that cause the fuel to drain out of the fuel bowl?

Thought I would give an update. The o-ring for the fuel drain lever was bad and allowed air to enter the system. I pulled the HFCM to clean and noticed it was all gummed up inside. I replaced with a new OEM since I damage it. Problem solved. Runs as expected now.
