I just bought a 96 F250 for a work truck and have a prodigy brake controller to put in it. My question is does it have a plug in under the dash for a wiring harness like the newer trucks do?? My new truck had a wiring harness with it that you plugged in under the dash then connected the right wires to the ones on the brake controller. Thanks in advance for your help. Also anyone know where i can find some towing mirrors for the same truck, it has the small chrome power mirrors and is going to be towing a 8' wide enclosed trailer, can't see crap?? Thanks.

If the truck came from the factory with the towing package, it has a plug. Mine was under the dash, just above the trans 'hump'. It may have a plug even without the towing package.

Ok, thanks for your reply, i beleive it came with the tow package as it has a receiver and two plug ins at the back of the truck, i am assuming it is factory installed equip. Now i just have to find a place to get that plug in for the brake controller.
