Anybody know why the ABS fuse would keep blowing?

I blew my ABS fuse a few weeks ago, so I replaced it and all has been okay until today. It blew again today, so I swapped another fuse into it, and it blew again within a mile or so. This fuse also controls the brake lights and cruise control. I'm going to replace it again and check my brake lights. Could it be worn out brake shoes?
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Chris

Thanks, Guys. It blew three fuses on the way home from work today. I tried unplugging my brake controller, and it still blew the fuse. Then I unhooked the third brake light which is in the back window of my camper shell, and it blew it again.
Any thoughts as to whether the brake light switch could be causing this? It does it when I step on the brake, but not every time. I drove the 15 miles to work this morning just fine. Then, this afternoon while sitting at a light, I was watching my ABS light and sure enough it started flashing. Now it's blowing the fuse as soon as I touch the brake every time.
I'm gonna go outside and mess with it. I welcome any ideas.
Thanks,
Chris
