Builds boost but has no power!?!?

Im new to the 6.0 scene. I bought the truck with a bad turbo. I replaced the turbo wth a new reman. The truck is an 07 xlt 4X4 model. At the same time we also studded the heads, new Black Onyx HG, deleted the EGR system, 4'' turbo back exhaust system, and an s&b intake system.

The truck builds boost just fine but does not utilize the boost and seems to just exit right out the exhaust.

It kinda seems to be in like a sort of "limp mode."

Ive replaced the EBP sensor and checked the fuel pressure. The fuel pressure was around 47-50.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem before? Im completly stumped with this thing and know nothing really about the 6.0 motors.

Thanks in advance,
Devin.

Could it be the Crankshaft Position Sensor is out of time? Or the Camshaft Sensor?

I am not a 6.0 expert, but how does a crank position sensor get "out of time. Isn't the "tone ring" mounted on the crank/camshaft with a keyed slot, and the sensor mounted by a bolt that holds it stationary? Is the sensor mount slotted so you can move it?

possibly but then again i am not sure. it idles and runs very smooth but just does not have the power to get up to speed very quickly. it did not through any codes for these two sensors either or would it even through a code for those?
