I have an 08 f350 with a 6.4 will loose all power and go into limp mode shut truck off then restart and will run fine for about 25 miles then same thing pulled codes P0087 and P0088 any help

the first thing I wold do is pull the bowl filter and inspect for any shavings... this would demonstrate evidence of a grenade'd high pressure pump... I'm hoping you don't see this..
the codes are opposing... one is saying low, one is saying high... this is absolutely possible in a system with a crashing HPFP, but not as likely as a bad connection... I notice your rig is an '08, but do you know which job it is? There was an issue with the harness on the early ones, which chaffed and caused fritzing readings, which is an easy fix.
the next item on the list is a fuel rail pressure sensor- but this one usually trips a p0192/3 code before the hugely dreaded p0087.... but, it's worth considering..
