I got a contribution code on cylinder #5 after i installed my new injectors. Erased it and drove it. Came back on cylinder #8. Erased and drove. Came back on cylinder #4. Tried switching to stock tunes to no avail. It also idles at 1000rpm until you come to a complete stop for about 10 seconds then goes to normal rpmwhile the break is on in drive. Once i put it in park it idles rough. No trouble starting. Checked ficm. Checked plugs for injectors. Any ideas on what it could be?

It's the lower plug on the filter housing up top. You will have to make or buy a test rig to plumb into that housing.
6.0 injectors do not like low fuel pressure, so it's a good idea to test it especially if you have bad injectors and are putting new ones in.
Sometimes low low fuel pressure can mess with crank rotation. I'm not a big 6.0 guy like others here. I read your post and started thinking three things might be linked.
I've seen guys put multiple sets of injectors in because they never checked pressure and flow. With new injectors in, you should check it.

How did you check it? The logic side can fail when the power supply side still shows good.
