I'd just get a test light or volt/ohm meter and go to work on them.

Turn the lights one and prob them until you find one with voltage or lights up the test light.

Then turn the right turn signal on and do the same thing along with the left turn signal.

It would just be a process of elimination.

I doubt that factory color codes would help much since it sounds like it was a upfitters box that you took off and they may follow their own color code.

Bugman is right on. Easiest is with a meter. Your pics don't look like factory colors. But here are a few of those in case it helps
Factory tail light wires are brown, Left turn/stop is Lt Green/ orange stripe, Right turn/stop is Orange/Lt Blue stripe, Backup Lamp wires are black/pink stripe. Trailer running lights are brown/white stripe, Trailer backup lights are black/lt green stripe, Trailer ground is white, Trailer brakes are dark blue, Trailer Left turn is yellow, Trailer Right turn is orange, Trailer battery charge feed is red.

Will figure the rest of the wires another time.
