So I bought the truck from 17 year old kid city changed to starter. Everything was fine for a couple weeks then it was hard to start grinding. Sounds in such an seem like the starter would get stuck do the old tapparoo and it would work then. Finally, just shut off 1 day. Change it out while taking the. starter out notice that the twelve volt solenoid wire did not have that nut on it which led to the starter burning up. So I changed it out and also changed the syllnoid on the top of the engine and it worked drove. It seemed like it was running rough, then while at a stoplight, he died, start it back up. Continue driving it died again and the battery was dead. Changd one of
The batteries with one that I had in the truck bed and it started up again check the voltage from the alternator had 11.5 volts, got it home.
The key would not turn off the engine set their for a minute antidite due to the battery being dead messed with it this morning charged batteries as soon as I put. The battery leds on. There's an instant draw from twelve volts down to 2 point five volts pull up the positive battery regains to9-10 volts i'm at a loss

Having a bit of trouble understanding your issue. But you should look at the alternator. If you disconnect the large lead to the alternator and charge the batteries and they stay charged, that means the alternator is shorted internally. With everything connected and running, you should see ~14 V at the alternator terminal and across the batteries. If you replace batteries, they should be replaced in pairs, not individually as a bad battery can pull down a good one.

I think I figured it out the starter relay that advanced auto sold me was actually a glow, plug relay Anna believe it burned up.
That and turn cause my Ignition relay to be stuck on which was draining. My batteries down very quickly.
I ran through the whole system. Checking everything that I did the day before with the starter and starting relay
Cause I thought there was a dead ground somewhere due to when I would put the cables onto the battery post. It would instantly draw the power from twelve volts down 2 volts and once I changed ignition relay it stopped drawing the massive voltage
