That's a standard Ford PS pump, but pricey. The CII is what came on your truck. You can get a NEW one from RockAuto for about $125. I doubt the one you linked is anything special.

If this thing truly puts out more pressure and volume, then it might eliminate the no power steering assist when the brakes are mashed. That's definitely a downside of the stock pump setup with Hydroboost. You can be our guinea pig.
