Due to health issues we cound not do our summer3 month trip. The truck has moved very little maybe 20 in 2 months . Does the DEF go bad ? or any other issues I should be aware of.

P.S. I doubt we will travel any were till spring of 2022

Yes, it does go bad. It will crystallize.
I think most manufacturers state a shelf life of 9 months or so. But once it's opened to air, it goes down drastically.

Not that I'm aware of.
The other fluids are fine, but you may treat the fuel with a additive.
