Had 05B35 done about a month ago. Don't drive the truck much in the winter (maybe once a week for 20 miles or so). Took it out over the weekend and racked up a couple hundred miles in one day. Things I noticed:
Warm or Cold: at idle boost is reading 1-2 psi, it was always on the 0 peg at idle before.
WOT: Boost now about 24-25, used to be 29. WOT on freeway entrance ramps.
Could I have a stuck vane? Could this be caused by the flash? Any techs want to hazzard a theory? Should I not let it sit a week at a time?
In my head I can imagine a vane stuck partially actuated. So now, at idle I see a little boost. At WOT the vane still stuck won't fully actuate and I don't get all the boost I used to. Am I full of it? Am I imagining things? No performance mods, no chip.
